Alberta Diamond Exchange is the best! My fiancée and I worked with her on a custom ring. The ring turned out beautiful and it’s exactly what my fiancée wanted. What I loved was ADX’s approach and customer service. We never felt pressured, and I never got the “used car salesman” vibe. We never felt like a number, or a sales opportunity. I could not recommend Alberta Diamond Exchange enough! My consultant was absolutely fantastic. The whole process was so easy, pressure free and I felt like I came away with the perfect ring for my partner.

I had been searching for ages trying to find the perfect ring. I knew my fiancée didn't want a traditional diamond. Everything I found wasn't quite right and when I went to other jewelers I always felt like I was being sold to and being pressured into buying something I didn't want. My experience with Alberta Diamond Exchange and my consultant in particular could not have been further from this.

My Consultant listened to my ideas, understood my budget and really tried to help me. There was plenty of quality rings in store but nothing that matched what I wanted. So, we began the process of building a custom ring. I had no idea what I was doing but she helped me choose the perfect gemstone, band, setting etc. She guided me through each stage of the process and it was so easy!

In the end we created the perfect ring which my fiancée absolutely loves!.... it even came in under budget! They are not going to try and rip you off here. You get quality from people who genuinely love what they do and want to help you out.

I worked with my consultant to design a new ring setting, using a new solitaire diamond and some diamonds from an old ring. She was amazing, demonstrating all the different options for styles, then narrowing down the options. And patient while I made up my mind.
